STEP 1

We will confirm if the vehicle is eligible for import to Australia and check the status of the vehicle on the auction floor.
STEP2
Search
We will make a sincere and fair offer. Our staff in Japan will find the car you are looking for at each auction site. We check the condition of the vehicle and carefully discuss whether to purchase it or not. Our appraiser will check the images of the appraised items. We will thoroughly check the condition of the car and compare it with the current market car.
STEP 3
Place an order
You will pay a deposit and participate in the auction.
After the successful bid, we will proceed with preparations for your desired location. We will take care of all the paperwork, ship booking, and land transportation upon arrival.

How to bid
① Send us your desired vehicle details such as Make, Model etc. We will look into the current listings of auction, past listings market price.
② If we could find the one you would like to purchase, we’ll discuss about the details of the auction sheet and decide the bidding price by the day before auction is held. You will need to send us a deposit . We will place a bid after confirming the deposit transfer.
③ The auctuion day (betwen 9:00 and 17:00 JST), we will make a phone call to the auction site and inspect the vehicle with a staff by phone.
We will refund your deposit if we could not win the bid. Although not includes the inspection fee.
Green Ball Imports is a member of Auto Auction Sites in Japan so that we can purchase our stock directly from auctions.
Because we have no brokers in between, we are able to cut a great deal of its cost.
After winning a bid
① After winning a bid, we will send you an invoice. Please make a transfer to our Australian account within 3 working days.
② We will arrange a delivery from the auction site to the nearest port. (eg. Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka)
③ We will book a cargo ship, prepare all the documents and take care of all the rest of the procedure.
Shipping schedule depends on the destination. For example, a cargo ship leaves for Brisbane port once or twice a month and it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. The destination options are Brisbane, Port Kembla, Melbourne, Adelaide, Fremantle and Darwin.
After landing in Australia
① You will receive an invoice (for shipping charge, tax, delivery fee) from shipping company prior to arriving the cargo ship.
Please pay it accordingly.

②After your vehiche landed at one of the ports in Australia, by confirming the payment, proccess quarantine and your vehicle will be arranged to your designated place.
Our partnershipped compliance licensee and workshops are located in Gold Coast. We can act for you upon request.
③All done when you receive your vehicle. You are responsible for registrating the vehicle and buying insurance.
