We specialise in the direct import of authentic Japanese cars from Japan to Australia. We are located on the Gold Coast, QLD, just a short drive from the airport. We have a partnership company based in Chiba, Japan.
We buy and import directly from Japanese auction houses only used cars in good condition and with no restoration history that we ourselves would like to drive. We have teamed up with a partnership company that was selling new and used cars in Japan and was exporting them to Africa, and established Green Ball Imports in order to import excellent Japanese cars to Australia as well.
Integrated in-house system
We handle all the paperwork to ensure the vehicles arrive safely, including transportation of the vehicle, related import approvals, and other regulatory matters (e.g. customs).
Once the vehicles arrive, they are maintained in a government-approved compliance workshop to ensure they are road compliant in Australia.
By completing the entire process in-house, with no outsourcing or subcontracting companies in between, we have been able to achieve significant cost savings. We locate vehicles from auction sites, verify third-party inspection reports, purchase, export, transport, import, transfer registration, and complete all paperwork before the vehicle is offered for sale at used car stores in Japan.
The original export certificate will be provided
We never attempt to sell an overseas vehicle that has not been seen, inspected, and legally processed. All vehicles we sell are 100% federally approved vehicles that have been safely driven in Japan, with a written assessment by an inspection agency, and can provide you with an original export certificate.
The vehicles sold by Green Ball Imports go through these procedures and we promise you the same easy, honest and fast process as if you were buying a used car that’s been driven in Australia.
